This is an exercise routine for preparing the shoulder joint against the demand of the main training session.
The format for performing this routine would be:
03 series in the form of circuit as follows:
Execution for 30 ” (seconds) of each exercise;
To the total of 09 exercises to be executed in circuit form;
With 1 ‘(minute) rest between sets.
The implement can be made with a halter of 1kg each.
